	The goal of this research is to determine the concentrations of heavy metals (Copper, Zinc, Lead, and Cadmium) in water and crayfish tissues (Gills, Muscles, and Exoskeleton) collected from three different sites at Fayoum governorate, Egypt. According to the data, the water quality of the three sites differed significantly in terms of physical and chemical properties. The bioaccumulation of lead and cadmium in crayfish muscles from the three sites show an increase in their concentrations. The nutritional value of crayfish meat samples decreased significantly as a result of the studys findings, and they were no longer fit for human consumption. As a result of water deterioration, the protein and fat content of the crayfish muscles, as well as the concentrations of calcium and phosphorus, all decreased significantly.

	The main aim of the study on Asphodelus tenuifolius plant it has been revealed that it contains phytochemicals which are Phenols, Tannins, Anthraquinones, Alkaloids, Steroids and Flavonoids.Because the plants contain bioactive compounds, they exhibit a variety of pharmacological activities. Because plant extracts contain a variety of bioactive compounds that can be used to treat a variety of ailments, bioassay-guided assays of the active compounds are advised for the exclusion and entire elaboration of the structures of these additives, which can then be used in drug design.

	Amylase enzyme is an enzyme that hydrolyzes starch into smallest substance such as glucose. Debre Berhan is rich in numerous important microbes which can be used for production of different products with desirable industrial applications. This study aimed to isolate and morphologically and biochemically characterize the bacteria species and to optimize the growth parameter. The amylase producing bacteria were isolated from farmland around Debre Berhan, Ethiopia and characterized. For this study six bacterial strains (S1b2, S1b3, S2b2, S2b3, S3b2 and S3b3) were isolated and screened for amylase production through using iodine test on SNA and by measurement of OD value. Isolate S3b2 was resulted higher clear zone formation and OD absorbance of crude enzyme after enzyme production. Based on these characters the S3b2 isolate was selected for further process. Different biochemical and morphological tests such as gram staining, catalase, starch hydrolysis, VP, methyl red, endospore staining, motility and citrate utilization tests were done to characterize and identify the selected isolate. Finally, the selected isolate was identified as bacillus spp. The growth condition optimizations were performed to know the effect of different parameters such as temperature, pH and incubation period on bacterial cell growth. Accordingly, the optimum growth temperature, pH, incubation time was identified as 370c, pH 7 and 36 hrs respectively.

	One of the most common cancers in women is breast cancer, and oestrogen receptor overexpression is responsible for 70% of breast cancer cases (ER). According to research, breast cancer (BC) survivorship is rising quickly. In keeping with earlier research on the symptoms experienced by breast cancer survivors, exhaustion, sleep disturbance, mental agony, and functional impairment were the most common and severe symptoms. As for challenges, In low-income countries, where breast cancer is less common, the population is younger, and access to high-quality care is less common, the mammographys value has not been studied. Breast cancer is treated with lumpectomies, interstitial implants, and axillary node dissection. With response rates of 60%, cytotoxic therapy has reached a plateau in effectiveness, and multiple trials have demonstrated that tamoxifen therapy used after progression is similarly beneficial. In Malaysia, one in 19 women are at danger, compared to one in 8 in Europe and the US. Breast cancer is the second biggest cause of cancer-related deaths among women globally, affecting an estimated one million people annually. As with most cancers, breast cancer treatment outcomes are improved the sooner it is found and identified.

	Table water from table water factories within Enugu municipal were subjected to various physicochemical analyses. Table water from table water factory I pH of 6.50 and r conductivity of 1013 (-1 Cm-1). Solid contents of the water such as: Total solids, suspended solid and total dissolved solids of the waste water were: 1022, 363.55 and 658.45 mg/ml, respectively. BOD5 concentration and the temperature of the package water were observed at 0.52mg/ml and 37.67C, respectively. Dissolved mineral Cl-, K, Ca, Mg were: 1203.42, 15.24, 39.76 and 23.71 mg/ml respectively; heavy metals of Fe, Cu were: 1.16 and 1.22 respectively while Pb, Hg, Cd and as were below detectable limit. TOC and TOM contents were 35.41 and 43.55 mg/ml respectively. Studies on the physicochemical properties of the table water from factory II-IV showed an increase in pH and water conductivity in table water from factory II while factory III table water showed a slight decrease in pH with accompanying increase in water conductivity. In all the table water, clinical health implicated heavy metals such as Pb, Hg, Cd, As were not detected within limit in all the sampled table water while iron and copper were relatively in abundant moderately. Dissolved mineral contents of calcium and magnesium were much in abundance in all the table water from Enugu metropolis while table water from factory Iv showed the highest in presence of Ca and Mg as evidently seen in the conductivity of the water. TOC and TOM contents were 35.41 and 43.55 mg/g respectively for table water from factory I while 37.48 and 46.10 mg/ml were gotten respectively for table water from factory II; 39.12 and 48.12 mg/ml for table water from factory III and 39.30 and 48.34 mg/ml were gotten for table water from factory IV respectively.

	-amylase producing Rhizopus was isolated from soil collected from Zoological Garden, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu state. Biochemical test and microscopy mounting was used to confirm the strain as Rhizopus. The -amylase producing ability of Rhizopus was determined using p-NPG as standard substrates. Rhizopus showed positive colouration on the substrates yellow colouration after two days of incubation. Optimization of the physiologic conditions for -amylase production from Rhizopus was carried out in solid state fermentation system. -amylase production peaked at pH 6.0. Studies on the effect of incubation time on -amylase production showed that the highest -amylase production was obtained on the 5th day of fermentation. Crude proteins were precipitated using 80% saturation of ammonium sulphate salt with specific activity of 171.52 U/mg. Specific activity of 244.1 U/mg was obtained after gel filtration chromatography. -amylase was purified upto 1.54 folds after the gel filtration with percentage yield of 2.4 %. The specific activity of the enzyme increased from 160.2 to 244.1 U/mg after gel filtration. Characterization of -amylase gave optima pH and temperature of 5.0 and 60C respectively. Km and Vmax of 4.5 mg/ml and 250 mol/min were obtained respectively at various starch concentrations. Ca2+ and Co2+enhanced -amylase activity in the presence of Mn and Fe.
