	This paper presents perspective on cognitive rehabilitation in the patient who was in receipt of rehabilitation management after surgical treatment for aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (aSAH). Aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (aSAH) refers to bleeding in the middle of the brain and tissue covering the head. It is a medical emergency. The severe cure of aSAH is prominent but less is identified about the enduring repercussions of aSAH on mental and daily life. It is a serious neurological condition. Besides its physical effects on the body, it also affects the cognitive and neuropsychological functions of a person. In this study, we try to understand the effects of cognitive rehabilitation in aSAH patient. An Indian male of 50 years was referred to neuropsychology Outpatient Department (OPD) after the conservative management where his first neuropsychological evaluation took place, and his scores were recorded. The effects of cognitive rehabilitation were further studied through evaluation. It was found that rehabilitation has a positive effect on the patient and leads to an improvement in his cognition.

	Fura da nono is a commonly food drink in northern part of Nigeria that is mostly consumed by almost all group of people in the country to include both young, adult and aged ones. The research work was aimed at determining the prevalence of E.coli O157:H7 from fura da nono. A total of 228 ready-to-take fura da nono samples were collected from Samaru, Sabongari and Tudun-wada markets. Proximate composition was carried out to determine the % moisture, ash content, protein content, fat and carbohydrate of the sample. Total viable count was also carried out in order to determine the microbial load. Escherichia coli O157:H7 was isolated using cultural method and confirmed using latex agglutination test. The results obtained revealed that the fura da nono samples collected from Samaru market had the highest count of 1.59x10862.91cfu/ml, followed by that collected from Tudun-wada market had a count of 1.07x10844.94cfu/ml, while fura da nono samples from Sabongari market has the least count of 6.65x10724.90 cfu/ml. The prevalence of E.coli O157:H7 was found to be 0.88% (2/228). As such, the food drink fura da nono used for the study can be contaminated with pathogenic microorganism such as E.coli O157:H7 whose detection in food poses a threat to the health of the consumers. Strict hygienic measures should be adhered to when preparing fura da nono.

	Medicinal plants are known as traditional healers, since ancient times. India has been bestowed with many diversified groups of medicinal plants accounting for approximately 8000 species being used in over 10,000 herbal products. Commercial gardening began as a single way of assessing for the conservation of these valuable plant species, which unknowingly introduced the complexity of many pests and diseases, resulting in crop forfeiture of varying magnitudes. The gravity of medicinal plants has been escalating day by day. Traditional medicine, in the recent years, has made a resurgence for many different reasons together with toxicity and side effects of contemporary synthetic drugs, expansion of multiple drug resistant microbes, and also the inaptitude of modern medicine for locating effective healing procedures for various diseases. Over 70% of the population of developing world currently relies on the traditional medicinal structure, also known as alternative or complementary system of medicine. Medicinal plants are being more widely employed in healthcare organizations, whereas chemical pest management and disease management strategies are becoming obsolete. Among the various microbes, viruses are immensely responsible for causing diseases in medicinal plants. This chapter imparts comprehensive information regarding the family, morphology, pharmacological profile, distribution, active constituents and symptoms of the viral infections among the medicinal plants reported in various parts of India. The analysis of these viral diseases will authorize developing effective mechanisms for safeguarding medicinal plants and maintaining the standard of the fresh materials for pharmaceuticals.

	We have synthesized the mono, bis and tris nitrile at the  position ligands in the tris(2-pyridylmethyl) amine (TPA) series, respectively CNTPA, (CN)2TPA and (CN)3TPA. Nitrile at the  position of these nitrogen-containing tripods shifts the oxidation potential of the ligand by comparison with the TPA ligand, it is observed that the oxidation potentials of the ligands increase regularly with the number of nitrile groups. For each group added, the oxidation potential is increased by an average of 110mV / ECS. This reflects the strong electron-withdrawing effect of the nitrile groups. The crystal structure analysis of the dichloroferrous complexes with CNTPA and (CN)2TPA reveals that the iron lies in a distorted octahedral geometry comparable to that already found in TPAFeCl2. All spectroscopic data indicate that the geometry is retained in solution. These three isostructural complexes all react with molecular dioxygen to yield -oxo diferric complexes as stable compounds. Upon reduction, all -oxo diferric complexes convert back into the starting ferrous species. The oxygenation reaction parallels the well-known formation of -oxo derivatives from dioxygen in chemistry of porphyrins reported almost three decades ago. The crystal structure analysis is reported for each of these three -oxo compounds. With TPA, a symmetrical structure is obtained for a dicationic compound, the tripod coordinating in the (4-N) coordination mode. With CNTPA, the compound is a neutral -oxo di-ferric complex. When oxygenation is carried out on the (CN)2TPA complex, a neutral asymmetrical compound is obtained. The striking point within the series of ferrous precursors is the effect of the ligand on the kinetics of oxygenation of the complexes. Whereas the parent complex undergoes full oxygenation over 14 hours, the mono nitrile ligand provides a complex that has fully reacted over 14 hours, the reaction time being only 2 hours for the complex with the dinitriles ligand, and for trinitriles ligand it will tack 30min. Thus electron-deficiency (Lewiss acidity at the metal centre) seems to govern the kinetics of oxygenation. This strongly suggests coordination of the dioxygen as an initial step in the process leading to formation of -oxo diferric compounds, by contrast with un unlikely outer sphere reduction of dioxygen, that generally occurs at very negative potentials. Finally, we report that cyclohexane is catalytically converted into cyclohexanone when reacted with dioxygen in the presence of zinc amalgam, and that the conversion rate also parallels the Lewis acidity at the metal center, with the best rate obtained for with (CN)2TPAFeCl2.

	The objective of this work is the characterization and identification of natural Moroccan clay from the High Atlas region of Morocco, Oued de Seksaoua, province of Chichaoua. The analyses were carried out as a precaution by X-ray diffraction, infrared, and scanning microscope observations. The results obtained show that this clay is a mixture of Kaolinite, Quartz in very important proportion, and Illite. By elementary chemical analysis, we noted that the predominant constituents are: silica, Calcite, and aluminum. The ratio SiO2/ Al2O3=3.2 is a characteristic index of free quartz. SEM analysis showed the presence of dispersed clay sheets in the form of rods and some clusters of aggregates, which may be due to the presence of carbonates within the clay. EDX analysis presence of the chemical elements Si, Al, Mg, Fe, K, P, S, Ca. A strong presence of silicon is to be noted due to the presence of a majority of Quartz.

	The degree of occurrence of fetal deformities ranges based on the level at which the fetus is subjected to environmental stimuli or genetic factors., and the many factors causing the abnormalities different tests to detect abnormalities, including those who detect the deformity in a period of easy abortion, including those that have been discovered late. Drugs are one of the most serious causes of fetal abnormalities because pregnant women have to use them, either because they are chronically ill or at some stage of pregnancy with a specific disease. The goal of the study is to explain some of the medications widely used by pregnant women whether these drugs are safe or causing fetal anomalies., and establish during what point these medications are considered to be healthy and at what stage they are considered skewed as certain drugs are considered safe at several months of pregnancy and corrupted at the rest of the months after they have been deformed at all periods of pregnancy.

	Phosphine poisoning is an uncommon but hazardous public health issue. It is widely used as chemical insecticide and pesticide domestically and exposure to this chemical, mostly accidental among children, may lead to fatal symptoms if not managed immediately. Previous studies have explored the mechanism of its deleterious effect. However, literature on presentation of phosphine poisoning is sparse. We observed a short case series form a family who was exposed to phosphine gas from aluminum phosphide tablets that were used for fumigation purpose in bedroom. Family locked the house for six hours only and then used that bedroom without proper cleaning and removal of the chemical from the house. No adequate aeration of the room before use was done. Detail history from parents was taken and clinical details were identified however further details were noted from their medical records. We identified three cases of phosphine poisoning during this exposure. One of the babies was brought dead, with history of acute onset nausea and vomiting followed by increasing paleness, sweating and questionable seizure episode along with loss of body posture and unresponsiveness. Other two girls presented with generalized weakness, nausea, vomiting and lethargy since morning. Both sisters were admitted to pediatric intensive care unit for less than one week and were managed symptomatically along with magnesium sulfate. The objective of this case series study is to bring in attention of the families, health care community and the stake holders for the need to replace harmful insecticide fumigation practices with the safer ones, as phosphine gas can cause late onset of clinical feature and sudden death, probably because of fatal myocarditis as observed by echocardiography in both survived girls. Whenever fumigation is done parents/family members be provided with proper written guidelines that along with fumigation process and reuse of the house must mention possible side effects. Moreover, to increase public awareness, proper labeling and precautions should be written on all commonly sold pesticides and the constituent of hazardous compounds they contain.

	Hyperlipidemia causes the development of atherosclerosis and is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and myocardial infarction, which is common cause of mortality and morbidity.. The aim of this study is to compare the effect of Aegle marmelos (A.marmelos) and Ocimum basilicum (O.basilicum) aqueous extract on hyperlipidemia induced albino rats. This investigation had been performed on 36 male Wistar albino rats which were arbitrarily classified into 6 groups (n=6). Group I: negative control group was given basal diet. Group II: positive control was fed with 2% high fat diet (HFD). Group III: the rats were treated with 250 mg/kg A.marmelos aqueous extract. Group IV: the rats were treated with 800 mg/kg O.basilicum. Group V: the rats were administrated with combination of 250 mg/kg A.marmelos and 800 mg/kg O.basilicum. Group VI: the rats in this group were treated with standard drug atorvastatin. All the groups excluding negative control were induced hyperlipidemia by feeding them 2% HFD throughout the experiment and received the treatment for 2 weeks. The blood samples were obtained through cardiac puncture to analyze serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level by using Enzymatic Colorimetric Test Kits. The results were statistically analyzed by using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnets Multiple Comparison Test. High fat feeding caused significant (p0.05) increases in serum levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL-C and decreases HDL-C as compared with the rats fed basal diet. Administration of the individual aqueous extract of A.marmelos and O.basilicum to HFD fed rats significantly (p0.05) prevented the increases in serum total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL-C and decrease of HDL-C. Besides, the results were more significant in rats treated with combination extract of A.marmelos and O.basilicum. The standard drug atorvastatin showed slightly better effect than the treatment of the both extracts. In conclusion, the combination treatment aqueous extraction of A.marmelos and O.basilicum produces more significant effect than individual treatment of the extracts. Aqueous extract of A.marmelos and O.basilicum can serve as an alternative source in the management of hyperlipidemia causing diseases.
