	Soil is non-renewable reserve that has high frequency of contamination and very low rate of
	replenishment in this environment. Immense food requirements have evolved the compelled usage of
	chemical fertilizers to have optimum crop leaf area in minimum time scale that have devastating
	impacts on biological, physical and chemical properties of the soil. Organic farming is an ultimate
	solution for the soil management. Tobacco dust an agro-industrial waste can be applied to the soil
	to recycle those nutrients that plant has taken up. Tobacco dust rich in nitrogen (N) (2.35%),
	potassium (K) (1.95%) and phosphorous (P) (937 ug/g) provide essential nutrients to the soil and
	plant. It has abundant quantity of organic content that exceeds the micro  macro-organism
	movement in soil that increase the porosity of soil, increase the infiltration of the oxygen. The
	tobacco dust increases the pH of the soil, maintain the electrical conductivity (EC) that does not
	leads to the salinity of the soil. Increase the nitrogen (N) content to various vegetable, house-plants
	and wheat straws. Increases the biomass content and average survival rate of the tomatoes. Its a
	good insecticide; prevent the insects and other viruses such as Tobacco mosaic virus that are
	detrimental for the crops. Furthermore its an eco-friendly management strategy for soil,
	environment and for human health that does not generates pollution but reduce the organic waste
	into very useful manner.

	The phytoecological study of the Derived Savanna vegetation at Agbeji, Kogi State, Nigeria, was
	carried out to determine its species composition. A total of 50 plant species belonging to 23 families
	(6 Monocotyledons and 17 Dicotyledons) were encountered. The dominant families included those
	of Poaceae, Asteraceaae, Cyperaceae, Mimosoideae, Apocynaceae, Euphorbiaceae,
	Caesalpinoideae, Meliaceae and Rubiaceae. All these are characteristics species of forest- savanna
	ecozones.The dominance of plant species belonging to the grass (Poaceae) family is a valid
	evidence for confirming the Derived Savanna status of the vegetation of the study area. The
	presence of Alstonia boonei which is a typical rainforest species reflect the relics of rainforest
	vegetation. The presence and relative abundance of Prosopis africana, Parkia biglobosa, Dialium
	guineense and Daniella oliveri reflect fire tolerant and sensitive trees of Savanna vegetation. The
	co-existence of the various phytoecological indicator species shows the rich floristic diversity and
	heterogeneity of the vegetation of the study area which could provide a template and baseline
	information on the sustainable utilization and exploitation of the rich and abundant resources of the
	Nigerian savanna vegetation.

	This study is mainly focused on investigation of threats responsible for the exploitation of wetlands
	adjacent to Balloki barrage and provides suggestions for conservation so that theyre safe, wise and
	sustainable use could be ensured. The study showed that management and conservation of wetlands
	is weak due to lack of awareness both amongst local communities and management authority.
	Economic benefits are being drawn from Balloki wetlands by local communities and local
	government at the expense of important resources or values. The water quality of some areas of
	wetlands is being affected by toxic industrial and municipal wastewater contamination from nearby
	Ravi River and also as a result of contamination from agricultural runoff from privately owned
	surrounding land. Water contamination is causing disturbance to waterfowl and aquatic life in the
	wetlands. Acres of vegetation are harvested annually without paying any regret for ecosystem
	needs. Use of pastures or surrounding wetland areas as a food source for domestic livestock
	grazing is posing a threat to site vegetation to some extent. Fishing and hunting of waterfowl are a
	source of income for local government and local communities. It was suggested to adopt some
	proposed conservation measures in order to promote the wise and sustainable use of Balloki
	wetlands.

	Information and communication technology (ICT) is becoming a natural part in both
	pharmaceutical and healthcare system for delivering and giving accessibility to healthcare. The ICT
	for Health systems is aimed at raising the acceptance of ICT among medical professionals, decision
	makers, and citizens. One of the activities to help foster this development has been the
	documentation of ICT strategies in the partner regions an example is the eHealth system. An
	eHealth system is a new umbrella field in healthcare, medical informatics and management
	intended to improve healthcare services and to ensure rapid data exchange through the Internet and
	other similar ICT means, which are necessary for the provision of healthcare services. The mission
	of eHealth system implementation in focuses on better accessibility, quality, and continuity of
	healthcare services for country residents through implementation of information and
	communication systems. It is expected that these processes would lead to higher level of citizens
	awareness and involvement in protecting their health; as well as more effective use of available
	resources for provision and expansion of healthcare services, based on modern IT technologies. For
	instance, the creation of a common, user-friendly health information service for residents, patients,
	physicians, and healthcare administrators is the main focus of the vision of the National eHealth
	system development strategy in Kenya. The strategy is based on experience of good practices in the
	health system. But direct transferability of these practices is complicated due to laws, politics,
	financing of the health care sector, computer equipment, competences of medical staff, and, of
	course, language and cultural differences. This paper presents the applications, advantages and
	disadvantages of ICT in healthcare systems. Moreover, the ethical and legal practices involving in
	healthcare systems are also discussed. Finally, the recommendations on the importance of the use of
	ICT in healthcare system are outlined.

	Cadmium is heavy metal that enters mans system through various ways. It causes adverse effects on
	various body tissues by inducing oxidative stress. Mistletoe leaf extract is been used to treat
	various aliment in folk medicine till present day. This leaf extract contains antioxidants like
	flavonoids, vitamin C and E. This study was carried out to investigate effects of mistletoe leaf
	extract on the microanatomy of prefrontal cortex of Wistar rats exposed to cadmium. Twenty-four
	adult Wistar rats weighing 150-200g were randomly grouped into four, Groups A, B, C and D each
	containing six animals. Group A animals were not given any injection. Groups B and C animals
	were injected intraperitoneally with 14mg of cadmium per kg body weight of animals, while group
	D were not injected also. Groups C and D were administered orally with 40mg of mistletoe aqueous
	extract per kg body weight of the animals. Whereas Groups A and B were administered orally
	equivalent volume of distilled water. After four weeks, the prefrontal cortices were excised for HE
	and cresyl fast violet staining. Histological section of Group B animals shows the population of
	both granular and pyramidal cells appeared reduced with dead cell and sparsely stained Nissl
	substance. Groups A and D histological section shows almost similar cytoarchitecture, the granular
	and pyramidal cells appeared normal with round and triangular shaped structured respectively
	whereas Group C shows little densely stained cells with reduced dead cell and the Nissl substance
	almost similar to Group A.The above findings showed that aqueous extract of mistletoe reduced the
	adverse effects caused by cadmium on the rat prefrontal cortex.

	Use of medicinal plants to cure specific ailments is on old practice and has been documented in
	Aurveda, Siddha, Unani and other types of therapies. Telangana State have been highly Medicinal
	plants, since times immemorial, have been used in virtually all cultures as a source of medicine, so
	in the current century, the exploration of ethno-phytotherapy is attracting global attention. The
	survey and study of ethno-phytotherapy is an important clue for new drugs. The paper deals with
	survey of some important Ethno medicinal plants used against different ailments by the tribal
	people of Narsampet forest division, Warangal district, Telangana State, India. During the survey
	45 plant species of angiosperms were enumerated. The Botanical name, Local name, Family and
	plant part of used and mode of administration are being presented.

	In line with the Indonesia constitution, that the development of mineral resources is the utilization
	effort of one out of the several national resources that are used for the greatest welfare of the
	people. For that, the development and utilization of mineral resources must be referring to the
	existing law of management and protection of the environment, in the sense of physical and nonphysical
	environment (social economic and cultural). Furthermore, the efforts to develop mineral
	resources must also follow the global policy on the maintenance of the environment, among others
	about the Agenda-XXI in mining sector in line with the Kyoto Protocol, among others utilization of
	mineral resources with the protection of environmental function, development in the provision of
	mineral as raw materials, employment, foreign exchange, integrated regional development,
	coordination, illegal mining, location of artisanal mining, friendly environment, multiple land use
	function, professional, offshore, standards, infrastructure, reached agreement on forest land-use
	map, overlapping, illegal mining, location of artisanal mining, mine reclamation, legislation both in
	terms of legislation, policy and its implementation. A variety of future challenges to be faced
	including, among others, controlling, human resource development within the region, Indonesia
	incorporated, greenhouse gas, globalization, utilization of the EEZ (exclusive economic zone). As
	far as possible, Indonesia has followed the international policy on the management and protection
	of the environment in accordance with the related implementation law. It should be realized that the
	prevention of environmental problems is not only a burden but as well an opportunity as a profit
	business. The methodology used in this study is based on observations and investigation in terms of
	legislation on the development of global as well as regional and national environment by attention
	to the principles of environmental economic, while the environment is a part of economic
	development.

	Osteoid osteoma is a benign bone tumour usually occurring in young individuals (1030 years). It
	presents with intense pain (typically nocturnal), which can be alleviated by salicylates. Knowledge
	of the common imaging features of osteoid osteomas will improve our diagnosis of this condition,
	subsequently facilitating treatment and reducing morbidity.

	The study investigated the effects of the aqueous root extract of Telfairia occidentalis on renal
	functions by examine Serum Urea, Serum Creatinine and Serum Electrolytes of Guinea pigs . A total
	of 10 Guinea pigs were randomly selected into two (2) groups A and B which were treated with 1ml
	of distilled water and 200 mg/kg of Telfairia occidentalis for period of Six (6) weeks of experiment
	respectively. Animals were sacrificed by cervical dislocation after the last administration and Blood
	sample was collected for Serum creatinine concentrations, Serum Electrolytes and Serum urea
	examination. Results obtained revealed an insignificant changes in the renal function as indicated
	by the observed parameters.

	The root of Telfairia occidentalis is said to contain potent poison which could cause cell death,
	despite the usefulness of the leaves, stem, fruits and seeds of this plant. The study investigated the
	effects of the aqueous root extract of Telfairia occidentalis on histology of the stomach and blood
	serum urea and creatinine level. A total of 15 Guinea pigs were randomly selected into Three (3)
	groups A, B and C which were treated with 1ml of distilled water, 100 mg/kg of Telfairia
	occidentalis and 200 mg/kg of Telfairia occidentalis for period of six (6) weeks of experiment
	respectively. Animals were sacrificed by cervical dislocation after the last administration, Stomach
	was excised and fixed in 10% formosaline following abdominal incision and Blood sample was
	collected for Serum creatinine concentrations and Serum urea examination. Results obtained
	revealed insignificant changes in the serum level of urea and creatinine but histological alteration
	in the mucosa lining of stomach caused by irritation was observed in the treated animals when
	compared with the control. The root aqueous extract of the Telfairia occidentalis demonstrated a
	potent detrimental action on the mucosa lining of the stomach.

	The study comprised suitability assessment of groundwater of western peri-urban area of Khulna
	City Corporation (KCC) for drinking and irrigation use. A total of 40 groundwater samples
	representative of 4 different seasons were collected from 5 different sampling locations from
	Rayermahal to Sachibunia to analyse major physico-chemical parameters and trace metals
	according to the Standard Methods. The results of the study, comparing with the World Health
	Organization and Bangladesh Standards, reveal the suitability of the groundwater for drinking
	purpose. Suitability for irrigation was also assessed and found low as most of the calculated
	parameters reveal high values which can render salinity and alkali hazard to soils on long term use
	in irrigation. The results shown that all the groundwater samples were contaminated with high
	salinity in the study area, and are in the Doubtful to Unsuitable or Unsuitable category and are
	unsuitable to irrigate all soils.

	from the waste dumpsite areas to mankind. Natural radioactivity analysis has been carried out for
	the samples collected from different points of Eliozu reclaimed dumpsite of rivers state, Nigeria. The
	determined activity concentrations of some sample sites fall within the typical world values with
	variation in some showing extreme values. To assess the radiological hazard of soils and water
	samples, the radiological hazard indices such as absorbed dose rate, annual effective dose
	equivalent (outdoor and indoor) (AEDE), hazard indices (Hex and Hin), activity utilization index (I)
	and excess life time cancer risk (ELCR) are calculated. The radiological hazard indices are below
	the internationally recommended values. The present values of indoor and outdoor AEDE is lower
	than 70 Sv/y and 450 Sv/y for outdoor and indoor in the world average values (Orgun et al., 2007).
	Average ELCR for all samples is less than the world average (0.29 x 10-3) (Taskin et al., 2009). This
	indicates that the Eliozus soils and waters are safe for construction purpose and for utilization.

	An epidemiological and a clinical study indicate either the elevation or decrease in plasma
	fibrinogen concentration that are associated with different kind of medical conditions e.g coronary
	heart disease, smoking behavior ,which play a mediating role in relation of smoking to coronary
	heart disease. These cross-sectional studies of 120 people consisting of male and female, which
	were analyzed for plasma fibrinogen concentration at a different time at 1hr,24hr,48hr and at 72hr
	respectively. The results show a relatively stable plasma fibrinogen concentration in all the patients
	though there was a slight different between the male which shows a relatively stable values from
	the pre-values, at 1hr,24hr and 48hr respectively, while the female shows a decrease at 1hr-48hrs
	compared to the pre-value.

	Coagulation profile(prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) are
	screening test for Haemostasis. 40 patients consisting of male and female, undergoing surgery at
	National Hospital Abuja were recruited for this research work, and were screened for PT and APTT.
	The result shows an increase in the value PT and APTT at one hour of sample collection among the
	study subjects and decrease in the subsequent hours to the normal value. The result shows an
	increase in the male compared to the female one even though the increase was not significant, this
	could raise a concern of a bleeding disorder, severe deficies of factor XII, and factor VII activity
	and fibrinolysis. This work is aim at determining the activity of coagulation profiles of older people
	who are undergoing surgery and it consequences.

	Orobanche crenata Forsk, a major constraint to faba bean (Vicia faba L.) production, albeit
	recently introduced into Sudan, is widely distributed and has become a pest of national importance.
	The present investigation, undertaken at the College of Agricultural Studies, Khartoum North, was
	set to investigate the effects of seed placement in soil on the parasite virulence and influence on
	selected faba bean growth attributes. Seeds buried at a depth of 5 cm resulted in the heaviest
	infestation and highest emergence of the parasite. Seed placement at 10 and 15 cm soil depths did
	not impair attachment of the parasite, but curtailed emergence. O. crenata from seeds placed in the
	surface soil displayed late emergence and produced no seeds, whereas those from seeds buried at 5
	and 10 cm depths produced considerable number of capsules (16-29 capsules/plant). O. crenata
	from seeds placed at 15 cm soil depth remained subterranean and produced no seeds. O. crenata
	infestation from seeds placed in the surface soil had no adverse effects on faba bean growth
	attributes. However, those from seeds buried at 5, 10 and 15 cm reduced all measured growth
	attributes and infestation resulting from seeds placed at 5 cm depth was, invariably, the most
	damaging. The results suggest that in newly infested areas soil inversion or adoption of no-till
	curtail replenishment of the parasite seed bank and reduce crop damage.

	Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), an evergreen plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family of
	herbs and spontaneously growing in the Mediterranean region. It has been reported to possess a
	number of therapeutic applications in folk medicines in curing or managing of a wide range of
	inflammatory and infectious diseases. This study was designated to evaluate the antimicrobial
	activity of the essential oils obtained from Rosmarinus officinalis against Coliform spp,
	Pseudomonas spp, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (EC1118), Zygosaccharomyces bailii (DSM 70492)
	and Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM2601) using agar well diffusion method. The results revealed
	that the oil showed moderate antibacterial activity toward all tested strains with a zone of inhibition
	ranging from 1 and 3 mm. Among the test microorganisms, essential oils exhibited maximum zone
	of inhibition against Coliform spp and L. plantarum (3 mm) and minimum zone of inhibition against
	all organisms  except Z. baillii  (1mm). This established a good support to the use of this
	essential oil in herbal medicine and as a base for the development of novel potent drugs and
	phytomedicine.

	The strategy of price liberalisation and privatisation had been implemented in Sudan over the last
	decade, and has had a positive result on government deficit. The investment law approved recently
	has good statements and rules on the above strategy in particular to pharmacy regulations. Under
	the pressure of the new privatisation policy, the government introduced radical changes in the
	pharmacy regulations. To improve the effectiveness of the public pharmacy, resources should be
	switched towards areas of need, reducing inequalities and promoting better health conditions.
	Medicines are financed either through cost sharing or full private. The role of the private services is
	significant. A review of reform of financing medicines in Sudan is given in this article. Also, it
	highlights the current drug supply system in the public sector, which is currently responsibility of
	the Central Medical Supplies Public Corporation (CMS). In Sudan, the researchers did not identify
	any rigorous evaluations or quantitative studies about the impact of drug regulations on the quality
	of medicines and how to protect public health against counterfeit or low quality medicines,
	although it is practically possible. However, the regulations must be continually evaluated to ensure
	the public health is protected against by marketing high quality medicines rather than commercial
	interests, and the drug companies are held accountable for their conducts.

	Observations were made for 30 days (1st - 30th June 2013). This was done by using cosmic ray
	intensity counts and average real-time bulk parameters of the solar wind speed data. These data
	was simplified by partitioning the values recorded into equal range of days intervals for easy
	interpretations. The total of 57,473,339 counts of cosmic ray and a corresponding solar wind speed
	of 165,423 was recorded. Statistically, the angles of both events were well calculated and recorded.
	These were clearly shown on the graphs displayed. From the results, between 22nd  24thof June,
	the eak solar win seed of 90.840 corresponded with that of cosmic ray intensity of 36.240. Also,
	between 10th 12th June, minimum solar wind speed of 9.780 corresponded with the cosmic ray
	intensity of 35.640. Though, most of the range of days did not follow any trend at all. This could be
	due to the anomalous behavior of geomagnetic effect at that period of time.

	The haemophilia is a constitutional hemorrhagic disease of recessive transmission linked to X
	chromosome. The objective of this work is to index the different cases in our service.
	Material and methods: During 45 months (April 2008  December 2012), we account 263
	haemophiliac cases diagnosed in our laboratory. Results: Our results interest 263 haemophiliac
	cases, which means 198 cases of haemophilia A (75,3%) and 65 cases of haemophilia B (24,7%)
	diagnosed. 172 patients have an age less than 15 years old with a median of age as 13 years (limits
	9 months - 39 years). The annual incidence of haemophilia is 70 cases. 132 persons had clinical
	symptomatology whereas the others were asymptomatic. These symptoms were arthropaty
	(62,14%), joint bleed (23,48%), haematoma (5,30%), nosebleeds, bleeding gums (4,54%) and
	ecchymosis (4,54%).According to the type of haemophilia: The severe forms of haemophilia (FVIII
	or FIX  1%) are 57,08% (115/198) for haemophilia A and 64,63% (47/65) for haemophilia B.
	Discussion: The diagnosis and classification of the haemophilia are possible in routine. Through
	the data of literature we propose a diagnostic strategy which makes it possible to consolidate the
	analysis of the constitutional haemostasis hemorrhagic diseases in particular of the haemophilia.
	Conclusion: The assumption of responsibility of the haemophilia starts with this stage. Our hope is
	to be able to extrapolate this study at the national level to set up a national file.

	Introduction: Vaginal discharges constitute a considerable problem for many women causing
	discomfort, anxiety affecting womens quality of life and consuming considerable resources.
	Bacterial vaginosis (BV) was recognized as sexual transmitted diseases (STD).The objective present
	cross-sectional study was undertaken to Frequency Distribution of Bacterial virginalis in women
	referred to health centers in Yazd city. Materials  Methods: Three of vaginal swabs were obtained
	for pH testing, KOH and wet mount examination, Gram staining and culture at the time of speculum
	examination.BV. Results: Finally all of 360 women that observed and tested, 55 patients had BV
	(15.6%). there was not any coincidence of infection in one patient. Measurement of vaginal pH in
	the clinic was the single most useful clinical finding for directing empirical therapy. No single
	specimen was found ideal for all pathogens; a vaginal swab is needed for BV. Conclusions:
	Vaginaitis our finding manifest less infection in Yazd because infection factors do not like to live in
	hot and dry environment. This study confirmed previous study that vaginal environment is natural
	place for BV and everything disturbs it. To achieve STD control in this and similar populations,
	public health programs must target asymptomatic infections.

	A wide spectrum of mouse and human disorders affecting tooth and bone biomineralization shows
	that dentin and bone formation are under strict genetic control. Although the controlling
	mechanisms of dentinogenesis and osteogenesis require further study, a large body of evidence
	points to the importance of the matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) participate in a wide variety of
	extracellular matrix degradation. Currently, we attempt to find that in MMP-9 knock out (KO) mice
	displayed severe attrition on teeth development. In this study a technique of low-field nuclear
	magnetic resonance (NMR) spin relaxation (T2) is applied for assessment of MMP-9 KO mice and
	wild-type (normal). Then, the spin relaxation decay curve is converted into T2 distribution spectrum.
	Here, we propose an NMR calibration method  the ratio of the amount of fluid in pulp
	component to the amount of fluid in dentin component obtained from NMR T2 distribution spectra.
	This ratio method can be used to calibrate the age-growth MMP-9 KO structural changes in teeth
	while eliminating any variations in size of teeth. Five MMP-9 KO groups from 10 days to 147 days
	were tested in this study. It is found that the ratio of dental pulp chamber to dentin greatly varies on
	the early age periods (1 month) than on the elder ages suggesting that MMP-9 is more involved in
	early stages of tooth development and formation.

	The acceleration of runaway electron within the Earths atmosphere is the focus of this work. And
	we based our concentration on the use of mathematical analysis to examine the focus of this work
	within the non-relativistic region of the earths atmosphere. This is done by using the equation of a
	cold electron. This equation is examined with consideration to the frictional force which the
	electrons undergo in the presence of electric field in the atmosphere.The effect of force on these
	electrons is also examined. The result shows that the rate of collisions of the electrons increases as
	the velocity decreases. And this could slow down some atmospheric processes within the nonrelativistic
	region of the atmosphere. Hence, the spontaneous processes may not adiqeutly occur
	within this region of the Earths atmosphere.

	This study was carried out for molecular identification and genetic diversity of freshwater snail Pila
	globosa in Bangladesh. Traditional taxonomy of different species of the genus Pila has always been
	obscured and unreliable due to their morphological ambiguity. A rapid and cost effective molecular
	marker, mitochondrial COI gene was used to establish molecular standards for identification while
	similar bands were seen in all individuals of Pila globosa at the level of 700 bp of lengths. In
	addition, genetic diversity of freshwater snail Pila globosa was measured on the basis of PCRRAPD
	assay. Three arbitrary primers were screened and 12 polymorphic loci were found in 7
	individuals of this experimental species. The percentage of average values of polymorphic loci and
	polymorphism information content found 21.23 and 0.875 respectively. Highest and lowest Nei
	genetic similarity was found 0.500 and 0.105 respectively whereas genetic distance was recorded
	between 0.667 and 0.9444. Furthermore, the highest and lowest linkage distance was observed 17.0
	and 9.0 respectively. A distant relationship among individuals was found by studying phylogenetic
	dendrogram. Though higher genetic diversity was observed in Pila globosa, however, the
	population of this species in the nature of Bangladesh is not confirm with good genetic status while
	only seven individuals were investigated.

	(without inoculation) during two summers and winters season. A completely randomized block
	design with four replicates was used. The results showed that inoculation with Bradyrihzobium
	janponicum and winters season gave significantly higher nodulation number/plant, relative growth
	rate, and grain yield of soybean as compared to uninoculation plants and summers season.

	Cytomegalovirus infection is the most common viral infection reaching the fetus. The infection can
	be transmitted in utero from maternal primary infection or during reactivation of infection in an
	HIV-positive mother before pregnancy, which is a situation with high fetal and neonatal risk. The
	frequency and severity of congenital infection are very different depending on the case and it is
	therefore essential to make the differential diagnosis between primary infection and reactivation. In
	this context, there is no gold standard test and the presence of IgM is still too often seen as a test for
	recent infection. Various techniques have been developed to improve the diagnosis. Among these
	new approaches, the most used is the measurement of IgGavidity which may exclude a recent
	infection in many cases. Evidence of fetal infection is provided by the research CMV in amniotic
	fluid culture and / or PCR; performance of these two techniques in terms of sensitivity and
	specificity are comparable. However, please keep in mind that if the detection of virus in the
	amniotic fluid sign congenital infection, it is not possible to assess the severity. Despite this
	multitude of test there is no legislation in Morocco as well as in developed countries in a systematic
	search for CMV during pregnancy status.

	There are a large number of binary liquid alloys which exhibit interesting behaviour as a function
	of concentration as regards the thermodynamic and electrical properties. The thermodynamic
	properties of mixing, especially in case of complex forming alloys, are not symmetrical about the
	equi-atomic compositiondeviating considerably from that of an ideal alloy. Here we have
	considered two such molten alloys of potassiumpotassium-lead and potassium amalgamand
	tried to calculate their free energy of mixing at different concentrations of the ingredients by using
	Florys model. It is a statistical mechanical model based on the size factor of the constituent species
	of binary alloys. Our results explain the observed asymmetry in the free energy of mixing of the said
	binary liquid alloys around equi-atomic composition.

	In the present study an attempt has been made to screen the algal samples from Nallacheruvu
	located in Duddeda village of Medak district in Telangana state.The investigation was carried out
	for a period of one year . In order to identify the algal groups, samples were collected every month
	throughout the year during June,2013- July, 2014. The identified algal forms belonged to four
	groups-Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Bacillariophyceae and Euglenophyceae. Growth of
	Chlorophycean members was observed throughout the year, but luxuriant growth was recorded
	during monsoon season. Cyanophycean members were found to be abundant during summer
	season. Bacillariophycean members, the diatoms were dominant both during winter and summer
	seasons. Members of Euglenophyceae showed maximum growth during rainy season and
	Euglenophyceae was dominated by species of Euglena.
